I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, incorporating an eclectic blend of therapeutic models, uniquely suited to each client. Exploring relationships with animals and the rhythms of nature are the foundation of this practice. Learning to truly connect in a relationship with animals based on mutual consent, helps to understand how you connect to yourself and others, and how your attachment patterns have been formed. These are key components to staying grounded and navigating mental health and wellness. I serve clients of all ages, colors, genders and abilities.
